A Kenyan man has been remanded in protective custody after a crowd wanted him killed for forcing his son to have sex with his mother

A Kenyan man, Justus Obwocha Motiso, has been remanded in prison custody by a court sitting in the Kisii County after he allegedly tied down his own wife and forced his eldest son to have sexual intercourse with her
 » while he watched.


SDE Kenya reports that Motiso was accused of committing the offense on June 1, 2017, at Bonyagatanyi sub-location in Kisii County after he reportedly stripped his wife naked before his children, tied her with a chain on both legs, hands, and neck, before forcing
their son to have sex with her » .
When the charges were read to Motiso in the courtroom that was packed by residents who were visibly braying for blood, he denied the charges and the Magistrate said he would not be granted bail because the public could attack him.
He was, therefore, ordered to be remanded at the Kisii Prison until  when the case will be mentioned while the hearing of the case is set for , for his own safety.

It was gathered that the case was the first of its kind in that country where a father would force his child to sleep with own mother, leading for people to urge the Magistrate to hand over the suspect to them so the could deal with him.
