Biggest rattlesnake you've ever seen photographed on Florida road
A large rattlesnake was caught on camera slithering across a road in Florida.
Cathy Terry’s photograph given to rattlesnake-spotted-near-bartow/WFLA shows the large snake sliding into the grass on the side of a road just a few miles south of Bartow in the Lakeland metro area.
Terry, who took the picture from her truck, described the snake as an eastern diamondback which spanned three-quarters of the two-lane road she was traveling on.
She also told WFLA that she likely would have stepped on the snake, had she not looked out of her truck’s window before getting out.
