Dramatic footage shows London bus in flames as man's desperate efforts to put out blaze prove futile

London bus in flames and a man's desperate efforts to put them out with a fire extinguisher.
Bystanders screamed in terror as flames roared from the rear of a route 113 double decker and thick black smoke billowed from the vehicle.
A man was captured trying to douse the blaze with a fire extinguisher but his attempts proved futile as the fire took hold.

Eyewitnesses claimed they heard a "loud bang" before bystanders ran along the road.
Two fire engines rushed to the scene as crews put out the blaze and checked to make sure no one was still on board.

London Fire Brigade said they arrived at the scene outside Finchley Road and Frognal station in Finchley Road, Camden, at 7.25pm after 25 emergency calls.
The fire was extinguished after about 10 minutes and no-one was thought to be injured.
Anna, who shared a video of the blaze, tweeted: "We only heard a loud bang and then screams and saw people running and then we looked outside and saw the bus on fire."
